The Role As a key member of our team the Golf Services Associate is responsible for handling day to day operations relating to retail sales of golf merchandise and the coordination of golf course clients, including the booking of tee times, and checking in guests when they arrive.

Your contributions to the team include: Greet guests upon arrival to the facility.

Tee time check-in and reservations.

Retail sales and merchandising.

Handing point-of-sale transactions.

Efficiently run the first tee and keeping track of pace of play.

Keeping facilities immaculate and always stocked.

Ability to work outside in guest services or driving range position if needed.

Light cleaning, dusting, floor washing, and detailing when needed.

Manage and maintain the driving range, golf clubs, and golf course equipment.

Support outside Guest Services personnel when required and undertake additional duties as requested by management.

Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

A few things we are looking for in a new team member: Retail experience.

High level of customer service.

Friendly, professional attitude.

Ability to multi-task and take initiative.

Strong team and communication skills.

Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Golf knowledge an asset.
