Make your mark in Cyber & Professional Liability

AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model, and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague – empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG.

How you will create an impact

  • Manage and service an existing renewal book of Cyber & Professional Liability insurance in addition to producing and underwriting new accounts from brokers within an assigned territory
  • Coverage analysis of manuscript forms with the ability to tailor them to specific client needs
  • Pricing analysis using data analytics and modeling tools
  • Presentations and marketing to brokers and insured’s
  • Achieve assigned budget targets
  • Maintain profitability

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Some experience underwriting a diverse book of Cyber & Professional Liability insurance with multiple broker firms preferred.
  • Previous Computer Science or Cyber Security skills would be considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and follow company guidelines, while working in a team-oriented approach to accomplish overall goals
  • Strong analysis and decision-making skills
  • The candidate will possess a strong drive to succeed
  • Confident knowledge of systems and PC applications, especially utilizing spreadsheets
