The Opportunity :

We're looking for a Program Manager to join our Product & Technology team. Reporting to the SVP of Product & Technology, this role leads a portfolio of initiatives across the Pela and Lomi product lines, ensuring programs are delivered with excellence in design, sustainability, quality, and execution.

You will work closely with Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Creative teams to align priorities, clarify deliverables, and keep programs on track. You will also bridge our overseas manufacturing partners with our North American facilities, ensuring timelines, technical requirements, and quality standards stay aligned across geographies.

Compensation : $80,000–$95,000 CAD depending on experience
