As a Structural Designer , you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and mentors to develop structural systems using wood, steel, concrete, and masonry .

You’ll be involved in every stage of a project, from concept through construction, preparing comprehensive structural drawings, specifications, and building permit documents. Your designs will play a key role in delivering safe, durable, and cost-effective solutions for a diverse range of projects across Ontario.

This role is perfect for someone curious, motivated, and eager to continuously grow their professional skills. You’ll gain hands-on experience with structural analysis software, Revit, and AutoCAD , while learning from a supportive team that values technical excellence and collaboration.

We’re looking for candidates with :

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2–4 years of structural design experience
• Familiarity with the Ontario Building Code and design standards
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
