Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Work closely with the Project Manager and serve as the technical lead for sonar and / or sonobuoy engineering projects from concept through delivery.
• Transform RFPs, Statements of Work, and procurement specifications into technical resource plans and monitor, update, and control execution.
• Drive creation and execution of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
