About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the VP Finance, this role will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our financial records, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and strengthening internal controls as the company continues to grow.

You will join a lean, collaborative Finance team that works closely with operations, sales, and leadership. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes, improving how things are done, and contributing to a business that is scaling and professionalizing its finance function.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including inventory, fixed assets, accruals, and prepaid expenses
• Support cost accounting and manufacturing-related accounting processes (WIP, inventory valuation, standard costing, variances)
• Assist with preparation of internal financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
• Support external audits, tax filings, and year-end working papers
• Help document, maintain, and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure accurate financial data and proper accounting treatment
• Assist with ERP reporting, data integrity, and finance-related system improvements
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as the business grows
