About the Role

After completing your first 90 days of comprehensive training, youll be equipped to work confidently with multiple computer programs while collaborating with Service Advisors to identify required maintenance and repairs. Youll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives accurate, honest, and highquality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Communicate repair and maintenance needs to Service Advisors and support accurate customer consultations
• Notify Tower/Dispatch upon repair completion and ensure all repair stories include a clear complaint, cause, and correction
• Verify parts for accuracy before installation
• Mentor apprentices and contribute to a highperforming team culture

What You Bring

• Valid drivers license with a strong driving record
• L3 or L4 Technician Certification (required)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repair
• A/C license (asset)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to thrive in a busy, wellstructured shop environment
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
