Dental Office Manager – Maternity Leave Coverage

Park Meadows Dental is looking for a confident, organized, and people-loving Office Manager to step in during a maternity leave and keep our clinic running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing :

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, front-desk flow, and patient coordination.
• Lead, support, and motivate administrative and clinical team members.
• Manage patient billing, insurance submissions, and financial reporting.
• Handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding, scheduling, time-off tracking, and team support.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate ordering of dental and office supplies.
• Ensure a warm, professional, and seamless patient experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, efficiency, and team productivity.
