Our global energy client is looking for an Intermediate Field Support Technician with Desktop, Network and Mobility experience to support both in-person and remote end-users at an onsite camp, working a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation.
One year contract to start. Must be able to work 14 days on / 14 days off. Fly-in / fly-out of camp.
Must Haves :
- 3+ years Desktop Support Technician experience
- Windows 10 and O support experience
- VPN Global Protect, Citrix, MFA support experience
- Cisco Call Manager & Unity VOIP administration
- Mobility device management
- ServiceNow experience
Nice to Haves :
- HP plotter maintenance
- A / V (MS Teams Room) troubleshooting
- Fiber network patching
Responsibilities :
- Support Dell Windows 10, O, and company applications (in-person and remote)
- Manage PC / mobility hardware inventory using ServiceNow
- Coordinate with vendors and manage IT equipment orders
- Provide remote access support (VPN, Citrix, MFA)
- Troubleshoot A / V issues for MS Teams Room technology
- Assist network techs, manage VOIP phones, and perform light labor for moves / projects
