Union ACP Retention Incentive Program

We are pleased to offer a retention incentive program for Union Advanced Care Paramedics (ACP). Eligible employees may qualify for the following bonuses upon completion of continuous service :

• 1-Year Commitment : $5,000 retention bonus
• 2-Year Commitment : $12,000 retention bonus
• 3-Year Commitment : $17,000 retention bonus

Position Overview

Associated Ambulance is currently seeking qualified Advanced Care Paramedics (ACP) to join our team within the Cold Lake Stations. This permanent full-time position offers a predictable and balanced rotation of 12-hour shifts, two day shifts and two evening shifts, followed by four days off. As an ACP with Associated Ambulance, you will be an essential part of our emergency medical response team, providing vital pre-hospital care and life-saving interventions to the community.
