The Opportunity

As a fashion designer  within  Reitmans Canada Limited PENN. brand youll play a key role in evolving our product offering. Youll identify and interpret fashion trends to create inspiring collections that meet our customers needs.

What Youll Do

Reporting to the lead designer you will :

• Support your leaders in defining seasonal trends for the target market.
• Bring forward creative ideas on how to translate the latest trends into our collections.
• Collaborate with your team to oversee artwork creation and define seasonal color palettes.
• Oversee technical drawings to ensure precision and consistency.
• Participate in decision-making meetings and contribute to collection direction.
• Attend fittings to ensure each garment fits as beautifully as it looks.
