Administrative Assistant II:
On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for an Administrative Assistant II for a 6-month initial contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Regina, SK office.

Administrative Assistant II - Job Description:
The primary focus of this position is to provide daily administrative support to various functional groups in the Regional Services department. Responsibilities include office and fleet management, processing purchase orders and invoices, and record entry and retention for all H&S, Technical, and Emergency Response training and Operator Qualification records.

Administrative Assistant II - Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative duties in support of approximately 40 team members.
• Coordinate with client Workplace Services and Building Property Management for building maintenance.
• Support facility and catering bookings for meetings and training courses.
• Dispense routine administrative information and answer general inquiries.
• Create work orders and code invoices for vendors and third-party service providers.
• Manage entry and retention of all training and Operator Qualification records.
• Prepare and submit personal expense reports.
• Manage department email distribution groups.
• Onboard and offboard staff members, including arranging office moves and IT access.
• Assist staff with navigation and troubleshooting of company systems (Workday, Oracle Cloud, eLink, etc.).
• Handle and distribute departmental mail.
• Order and maintain office, kitchen, and coffee supplies.
• Support Fire Wardens with corrective actions from safety audits.
• Support fleet management, including mileage tracking and vehicle registration.
• Provide support for on-call scheduling for Prairie Region.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Administrative Assistant II - Mandatory Skills:
• Grade 12 diploma with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative position.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Adept computer skills.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks and adjust priorities as required.
• Willingness to take on new responsibilities and duties.

Administrative Assistant II – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Oracle.
• Experience with Workday.

Administrative Assistant II – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month initial contract position.
