What you’ll do

• Zone the department.
• Rotate stock and check for expired products.
• Ensure the merchandise is properly signed and priced.
• Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell‑by dates, and expiration dates.
• Adhere to food safety and handling procedures and sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups / markdowns, signing / flagging / pricing / labels.
• Ensure that department is fully stocked with merchandise and ready for business.
• Follow Health and Safety guidelines.
• Stock merchandise / picks, down‑stock if applicable; apply product protection when required; set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and set new shelf cap.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.95. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
