Description de posteExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders in a positive manner Empathy and ability to listen to the customer and understand the business criticality of your job for our client. Place approved purchase orders, under close management direction, through the most appropriate supplier based on stock availability, price, margin quantity and supplier relationship. Update internal stakeholders (e.g. project teams, engineers, account managers) with order lead-time, stock availability and delivery. Maintain favourite’s lists and templates for quotes, transactional items and BOM’s. Work closely with peers to maintain accuracy. Maintain stock levels for high frequency and critical items. Review inventory levels regularly. Manage order delivery, updating internal stakeholders. Ensure that goods and services ordered are delivered in accordance with specifications to ensure expectations are exceeded; Escalate any problems with regard to quality, delivery, invoicing etc. Willingness to learn and pick up new things quickly Team player with the ability to work autonomously. Preferred 1 year B2B experience in IT (hardware, software and services) highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Innovative mindset and a passion for technology Good organisational and self-management skills Experience with quoting and pricing tools desirable The right to work in Australia. Our client an established, successful Managed Service Provider to small and medium enterprises throughout Australia. They offer our clients a range of services including 24 hour service desk, network monitoring, telephony and WAN solutions, private and public based cloud based solutions, software development, software support and other project based works.
