Qualifications:

• Personal Support Worker (PSW), or Health Care Aide (HCA) certification

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Clear understanding of resident-centered care

• Strong customer service orientation

• Strong team orientation

• Long Term Care experience an asset

• Other related certifications an asset
