In this role, you will act as a Supply Chain Finance expert within the Close & Control team, ensuring that the respective activities are performed in a timely and compliant manner, adhering to company policies and standard processes, and driving improvements / standardization where not.

Supply Chain Finance SME

  • Identifying, clarifying, and resolving issues connected with the SCF area and / or liaising with IT, Finance, and other Teams on the same,
  • Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and identifying process improvements or training requirements of operational Teams.
  • Managing relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifying gaps / inefficiencies in process, systems, and policies and translating into standard ways of working.
  • Escalating process and systems exceptions and ongoing systems issues to SCF / C&C Leadership.
  • Ensuring standard practices and consistency in SCF processes across the region through Haleon policies, tools, and guidance.
  • Driving process improvement and standardization. Active participation in transformation to global processes.
  • Partnering with other departments to deliver robotic process automation where required.
  • Ensuring changes in the system landscape are accurately reflected in the C&C RACI.
  • Performing as the Super User for SCF Operational activities to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Providing expertise on SCF systems and related business processes.
  • Promoting best practice and compliance of standard practices across the SCF / C&C teams through embedded changes and networking with other towers and the markets contact.
  • Ensuring training materials, process documentation, and other supporting materials are maintained for all processes.
  • Creating business process documents, detailed process flows and Standard Operating Procedures.

Why you?

  • Accounting degree / qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent would be a plus).
  • 3 years of post-qualification experience or post degree.
  • Deep knowledge of Finances for Supply Chain and / or Manufacturing.
  • Understanding of IFRS.
  • Understanding of Control / SOX environment.
  • Excel skills a must.
  • Previous experience of SAP.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Fluent English (minimum C1).
  • Experience in working in multifaceted / complex organization with numerous teams.
  • Deep understanding of R2R End to End processes and associated technology platforms (i.e., SAP FI module, SAP FC, BI, etc.).
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Outside of the box thinking and problem-solving skill.
