Guest Services Agent / Front Desk Agent

Prestige Radium Hot Springs Resort is looking for part‑time or full‑time Front Desk Agents (also known as Guest Services Agents).

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What does an ideal candidate look like?

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Front desk experience is an asset but NOT required
• Must be willing to get Basic First Aid
• Must be able to work evening shifts
• Must be able to work weekend shifts
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
