Description de posteWebsite Management : Own website strategy, content, landing pages, UX, and conversion optimization SEO : Lead on‑page, technical, and content SEO to increase organic visibility and qualified traffic HubSpot : Manage CRM, marketing automation, email campaigns, lead nurturing, and reporting Content Strategy & Creation : Develop and execute content strategy (web, email, case studies, blogs, sales enablement) Lead Generation : Plan and execute inbound and outbound campaigns to drive qualified B2B leads Trade Shows & Events : Manage trade shows and industry events, including promotion, execution, and lead follow‑up Reporting & Optimization : Track performance, ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (construction, engineering, or technology preferred) Strong experience with websites, SEO, HubSpot, content, and demand generation Data‑driven, organized, and comfortable owning projects end‑to‑end Able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Willing to work Pacific time hours Competitive compensation package (salary between $60k to $85k) Uncapped Commission incentives for the sales team. Position Summary
The Marketing Manager for BuildingPoint Canada will own and execute end‑to‑end marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. This is a hands‑on role combining strategy and execution across digital marketing, content, CRM automation, and events, working closely with sales and business leadership.
