Material Handlers

Pertinent Information :   Full-time, steady day position.

Wage :  $20-$25 / hr + immediate benefits. OT after 40 hours.

Location :  Kingsville, ON.

Job Description

The Material Handlers supports production by receiving, unloading, staging, and moving materials. This role is responsible for the safe handling and distribution of materials across the work site, including operating heavy machinery.

Responsibilities to include the following, but not limited to :

• Unloading materials onsite using telehandlers / forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain storage and organization on site when storing and unloading materials.
• Transporting materials to different locations on site.
• Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
• Securing loads to the machine before transportation.
• Inspecting, operating and managing technical equipment.
• Identifying workplace safety hazards.
• Other duties as assigned
