Position Overview : The Revenue & Settlements Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate customer billing and timely, correct driver compensation. This intermediate-level role focuses on reviewing, processing, and auditing customer invoices and driver settlements to ensure alignment with contracts, completed work, and internal controls.
Working closely with Operations, Finance, and external customers, this role plays a key part in protecting revenue, supporting cash flow, and resolving billing discrepancies in a fast-paced transportation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review daily driver paperwork (logs, trip sheets, fuel receipts) and validate against system data to ensure accurate customer invoices and driver pay.
Generate and analyze driver settlement reports to ensure accurate payments based on miles, loads, standards, and bonuses.
Work closely with Operations, dispatch, drivers, Accounts Receivable, and customers to resolve billing and settlement issues.
Qualifications
Intermediate experience in billing, revenue, or accounts receivable
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of transportation terminology
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements
Working knowledge of accounts receivable terminology (asset)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fast, accurate typing and high attention to detail
Experience following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Applied knowledge of data validation and reconciliation techniques
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
