Description de posteEngineer Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of mechanisms, components and systems Design power plants, machines and equipment Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for machinery and systems Commission systems and components Assist in preparing design, drawings and specifications Assist in inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects Supervise maintenance programs or operation of mechanical plants No supervision responsibility Registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association MS Windows Mapping and data visualization software Computer-aided design (CAD) MS Office Refrigeration Design Energy Machinery and components Cryogenic insulation Willing to travel Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Attention to detail Ability to work independently Accurate Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Organized Reliability Team player Punctuality Hardworking Honesty Ability to multitask Quick learner Dental plan Health care plan
