St. James and St. Ann’s Catholic School in Abbotsford is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a full-time school secretary . In this role, you will be the welcoming face for students, parents, and visitors, managing communications and administrative tasks with efficiency and courtesy. You’ll maintain accurate records, assist in organizing events, and support our staff in various capacities, all while upholding our Catholic values in every interaction.

Preference will be given to candidates who have bookkeeping and payroll experience , excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software.
