As the Client Service Consultant in Quebec (auto and property insurance), you consistently attract new business, meet or exceed sales targets, and provide excellent client care. You play a fundamental role in supporting and developing agency/call centre operations through prospecting, client contacts, and sales activities.
How You Will Create Impact
- Selling auto and property insurance by identifying insurance needs, proactively building a network for sales opportunities, and responding to cross‑channel leads promptly.
- Applying appropriate underwriting guidelines within current binding authority levels, providing quotes and upselling and cross‑selling other product lines through referrals.
- Contributing to overall sales growth by achieving individual sales, quality and productive goals.
- Providing exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating matters appropriately.
- Maintaining client retention by supporting referrals and effectively communicating, listening and negotiating with clients regarding cancellation.
- This role supports primarily non‑French‑speaking clients inside and outside Québec and requires proficiency in English on a regular basis.

To Join Our Team
- One year of experience in an office environment.
- Post‑secondary education.
- Knowledge of underwriting practices and home and auto insurance products is an asset.
- Personal Lines Damage Insurance Licence (AMF) is an asset.
- Proficiency in both English and French essential for servicing anglophone and francophone clients.
