Your work environment at EXP

As the Bilingual AP and Quality Control Reviewer, you will handle all Accounts Payable daily tasks, supporting the Manager of Accounts Payable & Treasury. Your responsibilities include :

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Contact suppliers to resolve invoice issues
• Perform daily analysis of vendor invoices
• Collaborate with Billing and Cash Application Departments
• Identify discrepancies and duplicate payments through weekly vendor file analysis
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts
• Review and approve employee expense reports daily
• Conduct weekly cost analyses
• Enter Accounts Payable data into the system
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries
• Organize workflows to meet deadlines
• Produce monthly AP reports reconciling Vendor Vouchers with the General Ledger
• Perform other duties as assigned
