PPE provided Boot allowance Perfect attendance awards Service awards Install, maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic valves, actuators, control systems and PLCs Install, maintain and trouble shoot hydraulic systems including valves, pumps, filter / strainers, flow control, proportional valves, actuators. Receive daily work orders and organize work in order to complete in an expeditious manner, including determining the necessary materials and equipment. Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment. Understand and interpret schematic drawings and symbols, as well as manufacturers manuals and specifications and logic diagrams for pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Repair or replace defective parts; lubricate, inspect, clean machine parts as per PM procedures. Use of hand and power tools to expedite repairs, installation and maintenance of equipment. Use and set up of shop power machinery, lathes, milling machines, saws, drills, grinders. Understanding of bearing selection, inspections, fitting and replacements. Selection of proper lifting or hoisting equipment Install belts, chains, pulleys, keys, splines, shafting speed reducers, brakes, couplings, clutches and drive systems, material handling devices, inspecting, aligning and maintaining Maintain compressors, dryers, filters, coolers, separators, receivers and water pumps. Have a basic understanding of OHSA regulations on machine safety devices and guarding. Understand and practice safe working procedures. Use personal protective equipment with lockout or isolation procedures as required. Understand the environmental aspects and impacts of maintenance duties and work towards reducing them. Use fall arrest and safe work practices at elevated heights. Certificate of Qualification – 443A Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of stamping and robotic equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC’s Good hand-eye coordination with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Are you a Millwright in the Simcoe area looking for an opportunity to work for an amazing company! Are you comfortable with the maintenance, rebuilding and installation of machinery and equipment? Are you are a self-motivated and energetic maintenance person with an eye for detail and pride in your work? If you are looking for a permanent full-time position with growth opportunity in a friendly atmosphere with passionate co-workers then may be the role for you.
Schedule : 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm / 11pm-7am rotating every 2 weeks
$41 to $43.40 per hour based on experience
