Thomson Power Systems, as part of the Regal Rexnord, is looking for a Customer Service Manager for our Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) segment tooversee and manage customer service operations and ensure excellent customer service is delivered to all customers. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for supervising customer service staff and monitoring customer service performance.

This is a full-time permanent position, located at the Thomson Power Systems site in Langley. The candidate needs to be authorized to work in Canada, reside in the Lower Mainland area, and willing to be in the Thomson Power Systems location (Langley, BC) on-site minimum three times per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone or electronically (tickets)

Supervise and coordinate activities of customer service representatives

Monitor customer service performance and identify areas of improvement

Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies for improvement

Develop customer service policies and procedures

Train and mentor customer service personnel

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints

Resolve customer service issues in a timely manner

Monitor customer service activities and report on trends

Ensure customer service representatives are following standard operating procedures

ARE YOU THE ONE?

Our future Customer Service Managerwill have a track record of excellent technical and customer service skills, the ability to think analytically and solve problems quickly, as well as the following :

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

At least 5 years of experience in customer service management

Technical aptitude preferred

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

Ability to motivate and lead customer service teams
