Summary :
Our client is seeking an Application(s) Technologist to lead estimating activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll prepare firm bid proposals for a range of advanced gas processing systems while fostering client relationships and supporting project teams.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead proposal activities for a wide array of systems, including :Gas SweeteningGas RefrigerationDeep Cut PlantsTEG and Mole Sieve DehydrationCondensate StabilizationSeparator PackagesCarbon Capture SolutionsFractionation TrainsHeat Medium PackagesCollaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams to meet client expectations and ensure technical and commercial accuracy.Prepare cost estimates and formal quotations, review supplier proposals, and optimize processes for efficiency.Support project execution by providing technical input and collaborating across departments.Create P&IDs, preliminary layouts, and handoff materials for awarded projects.Continuously improve proposal strategies and processes.Requirements
2+ years of experience with an Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma.Knowledge of gas processing, fabrication, plant layout, and industry codes (e.g., ASME Section VIII, B31.3).Skills in interpreting technical data, mass / heat balances, and process designs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel / Word) and AutoCAD.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Location :
This position is based in Edmonton, AB.
