What You Will Do :

• Lead multi-functional teams in the design and implementation of complex power and system optimization initiatives with a strategic focus on supporting growth initiatives
• Lead all aspects of and improve energy usage audits using advanced analytics to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement particularly as they relate to expanded system capacity.
• Advise senior management and executive partners on system performance power initiatives and strategic direction ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
• Develop maintain and continuously improve a comprehensive library of system optimization guidelines for operational teams incorporating standard methodologies for expansion readiness.
• Analyze and interpret utility rate structures contracts and regulatory requirements to identify and capitalize on optimization opportunities.
• Prepare and review power surcharges Renewable Energy Credits and compliance documentation for regulatory bodies with a focus on supporting new and expanded operations.
• Provide recommendations for utility rate structure design to align with operations and power saving initiatives
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to advisors and junior staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
