Hiring Counterbalance/ Reach Operator
You must be physically present in Canada to apply.
- Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to move materials and products
- Load and unload trucks and containers using the forklifts
- Stack and organize materials and products in designated areas
- Ensure accurate documentation of material movement and inventory counts
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on the forklifts
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for forklift operation
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
- Valid counterbalance and reach forklift operator certification
- Prior experience operating counterbalance and reach forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center
- Ability to safely operate and maneuver forklifts in tight spaces
- Knowledge of material handling and storage practices
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and organization of materials
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
