The Companies :

CleanTech Vanadium Morning Corp. (TSX-V : CTV; OTCQB : CTVFF; Frankfurt : C9R) is a mining company focused on critical mineral resources in the USA. CleanTech has an option to acquire 7,180 acres of mineral rights with historic Fluorspar resources across multiple projects in Illinois-Kentucky Fluorspar district. CleanTech also owns a 100% interest in the Gibellini Vanadium Mine Project in Nevada.

Silver Elephant Mining Corp. (TSX : ELEF; OTCQB : SILEF; Frankfurt : 1P2) is a mineral exploration company with precious metal projects in Bolivia.

Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. (TSX-V : ORCL; OTCQB : ORLCF) is a mining royalty company holding royalties on several precious metal and critical mineral mining projects.

Position

The Corporate Controller will be a key member of the financial team, reporting to the CFO, and will be responsible for managing a variety of functions within the accounting and finance department. These include financial reporting, consolidations, internal controls, audits, budgets, and related activities. This is a hands-on role supported by two direct reports (a senior accountant and an intermediate accountant). Ability to plan and meet strict competing deadlines is critical.

This position will support CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp. and its related companies, including Silver Elephant Mining Corp. and Oracle Commodity Holding Corp.

This position offers location flexibility : either work out of the Vancouver downtown office, or work from home 4 days a week and 1 day a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare public company documents, including IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements, Management’s Discussion & Analysis (MD&A), Annual Information Form (AIF) and Management Information Circular. This is required experience for the role.
• Manage the accounting department
• Own consolidation for CleanTech and Oracle
• Lead the preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual financial reporting packages for each operating unit of subsidiary corporations
• Coordinate and work with senior management on finance activities across various departments and internationally
• Assist in the development, documentation and testing surrounding internal controls to enable officers to fulfill National Instrument 52-109F1 reporting obligations
• Proficiency in corporate accounting and relevant IFRS, Canadian securities rules and internal controls compliance
• Budgeting and management reporting
• Managing tax filings and compliance
• Other duties as assigned
