FP&A Manager

Overview

A well-established manufacturing company in Saint-Jérôme is looking to add an FP&A Manager to its team. This role reports to VP Finance and sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and supply chain, partnering closely with the business to drive insight, performance, and better decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

As FP&A Manager, you will:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews with clear insights on key drivers (volume, price, cost, mix)
• Analyze profitability by product and customer to support smarter decision-making
• Partner with the business to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives, pricing, and investments
• Provide data-driven recommendations and challenge assumptions where needed
• Support project prioritization based on ROI, margin, and cash impact
• Monitor margin, EBITDA, and cash flow performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and KPIs to support better reporting and decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 7+ years of experience in a similar FP&A or finance role
• Experience within the manufacturing or consumer goods sector
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
