The ideal candidate has experience working with architects, specifiers, engineering consultants, and contractors and is eager to help drive growth across multiple product lines.

Our client is a locally owned and operated organization serving the construction sector in British Columbia . With over 25 years of combined industry experience, the company provides comprehensive solutions in waterproofing, building envelope systems, and civil and landscaping materials .

The Role

As a Business Development Representative , you will play a key role in expanding market presence and fostering lasting client relationships. You will identify opportunities, design solutions, and close deals that drive growth across all business divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients to grow market share and revenue.
• Conduct market research and develop strategies to target new opportunities.
• Review project information such as drawings, environmental plans, and geotechnical reports to scope and design suitable solutions.
