Description de posteAs the Customer Care Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers, embodying a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure their needs are met with care and efficiency. Your ability to quickly and accurately perform data entry and scheduling tasks using the order management system (NetSuite) is second to none. You take pride in your professional telephone manner and etiquette, ensuring each customer feels heard and valued. Your proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet searches further enhances your ability to efficiently handle customer inquiries and support our service technicians by scheduling and routing in-home service appointments. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are your strong suits, allowing you to thrive with minimal supervision. Your organizational aptitude ensures you remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering high-quality service. Responding to incoming calls and inquiries from external customers in a friendly, caring, timely and efficient manner Completing data entry / order entry and scheduling orders using order management system (NetSuite) Scheduling and routing service appointments for in-home service by our service technicians Exceptional organizational aptitude in a fast-paced environment and the ability to effectively multi-task Demonstrated ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail Ability to manage a small file load Ability to effectively solve problems Professional telephone manner and etiquette Above average computer literacy and keyboarding skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and performing internet searches Self-motivated to work with minimal supervision Dependability / reliability and good de-escalation skills

This full-time, in-person role at our Windsor Tepperman’s location is an immediate opportunity to join our team to fill an existing vacancy.
Compensation : $20.04 per hour

Overview :
Reporting to the Associate Manager, Customer Care, Customer Care Representative provides exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional manner to assist our customers and address concerns. This entry-level position performs a variety of administrative tasks to support our Customer Care department. Reps are in a unique position to build lasting impressions with customers and turn what can be a negative experience, into a positive one.
