Reporting directly to the British Columbia Bridge Lead, the Bridge Team Lead will join Stantec’s dynamic transportation business group in British Columbia. Stantec’s transportation business group has a strong local presence and participates in some of Stantec’s largest and most iconic transportation projects—locally, nationally, and globally.
The successful candidate will have a strong bridge design and management background and demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and passion for leading and empowering teams.
A Bridge Team Lead possesses interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to foster a positive team environment, work collaboratively with multiple disciplines, and support a culture of safety. Through a broad consulting background, the role includes design & design management, business planning and growth, project management, people leadership, client account management, resource planning, proposal writing, and quality management.
