We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Forklift Operator to join a dynamic team in a food production environment in Edmonton. This is a contract position offering a competitive hourly rate and immediate start for the right candidate. Are you ready to contribute your skills to a fast-paced and rewarding role?

Position : Forklift Operator

Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Salary : $22.13 / hour

Location : Edmonton

Responsibilities

  • Operate both sit-down counterbalance and electric walkie rider forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties.
  • Accurately pick orders according to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Valid external certifications for Reach and sit-down counterbalance forklifts are required.
  • Proven experience operating electric walkie riders.
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, and order picking in a food environment is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
