Supply Chain - Senior Analyst/Analyst, Workforce Planning

THE ROLE

As the Analyst, Supply Chain Workforce Planning, you will :

Support the design of the long-term strategic model that directs the labour plan and schedule

Optimize labour spending and productivity

Gather, analyze, process, and optimize scheduling inputs

Build optimized schedules

Publish optimized schedules

Support the business with live week schedule changes

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Analyst, Supply Chain Workforce Planninghas :

Proven skills, certifications, education and / or experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel

A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 CAD per year.
