Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist  to support procurement activities including bidding, evaluation, purchase order management, and supplier coordination. This role is critical to ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement for our projects.

Location : This position may be PROJECT SITE BASED or HOME OFFICE BASED (Edmonton, Alberta)

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Process

• Review material requisitions submitted by the project team.
• Prepare and issue RFQ / RFP documentation based on project needs.
• Source and evaluate potential suppliers for quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Recommend suppliers based on comprehensive evaluation criteria.
• Prepare and issue accurate and timely purchase orders (POs).
