Responsibilities
As an accounting technician you will :
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Verify and enter invoices sent to customers and those received by suppliers.
Produce payments.
Communicate with various departments regarding accounts payable and receivable.
Communicate with customers regarding payments (collection).
Maintain and update financial records, including daily entries.
Reconcile bank statements and financial documents.
Manage company credit cards.
Perform tasks to support the finance department.
Other tasks may be assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
This accounting technicien role in Ville Saint-Laurent requires :
Experience in accounting or similar role.
Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
Excellent computer skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office and in particular Excel.
Proactive, organized and meticulous.
Proven ability to multi-task.
Experience with Quickbooks is an asset.
