What You Will Do :

• Lead multi-functional teams in the design and implementation of complex power and system optimization initiatives, with a strategic focus on supporting growth initiatives
• Lead all aspects of and improve energy usage audits, using advanced analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, particularly as they relate to expanded system capacity.
• Advise senior management and executive partners on system performance, power initiatives, and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a comprehensive library of system optimization guidelines for operational teams, incorporating standard methodologies for expansion readiness.
• Analyze and interpret utility rate structures, contracts, and regulatory requirements to identify and capitalize on optimization opportunities.
• Prepare and review power surcharges, Renewable Energy Credits, and compliance documentation for regulatory bodies, with a focus on supporting new and expanded operations.
• Provide recommendations for utility rate structure design to align with operations and power saving initiatives
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to advisors and junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
