Description de posteRegistered Psychotherapist (RP) or RP(Qualifying) in good standing Interest or experience in couples therapy and developmental trauma Strong relational and interpersonal skills Training in IFS, EFT, EMDR, Gottman, RLT, or other trauma-informed modalities is an asset Solid administrative capacity with the ability to document in both a timely and concise manner. Well-appointed office space 70 / 30 split (therapist receives 70%) Supportive practice culture Marketing and administrative support Cell phone for clinical use
KDW Counselling & Consulting is a relationship-focused private practice seeking an RP or RP (Qualifying) to join our team. Our work centres on couples therapy, developmental trauma, and relational healing. We’re looking for a clinician who wants to grow as a relationally oriented therapist and enjoys attachment-focused work.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and virtual therapy to individuals and couples
- Work with developmental trauma, attachment injuries, and relationship dynamics
- Maintain clinical notes and ethical standards in accordance with the CRPO
- Comfort with independently attracting and retaining clients as part of private practice work, with supplemental referrals provided by the practice when available.
