Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and value to internal and external clients.
• Prepare concept designs load calculations schematics equipment selection and system concept reports.
• Conduct site visits during construction and collaborate with field review teams to ensure ASHRAE compliance and LEED standards where applicable.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants or architects.
• Prepare contract documents including specifications.
• Regularly update project schedules and provide status reports to the Project Manager.
• Evaluate shop drawings and ensure quality control.
• Escalate resource or project issues to the Project Manager as required.
• Support business development by sourcing new work and maintaining client relationships.
