Housekeeping Supervisors hold the key to creating a restful and relaxing stay for our guests. They have the essential role of making sure the hotel is clean and sanitized for guests to recharge after their adventures.
When does this adventure begin?
This is a full-time, year-round position begining September 1, 2025.

What will you do in this job?
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day activities of the respective hotel department
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with their duties
- Train housekeeping staff
- Check rooms to ensure cleaning and maintenance standards are observed (approx. 40 per shift)
- Handle guest concerns and/or complaints, and refer to Manager when needed
- Communicate room status with Front Desk
- Monitor work ethic and wellbeing of staff
- Ensure all public areas are cleaned and maintained through inspections approx. 3 times per day
- Ensure ADP timecards are up to date and correct for housekeeping staff
- Monitoring staff performance through data entry in spreadsheets
- Performance management of housekeeping team members including documenting of performance issues
- Report staff wellbeing and performance issues to Management in a timely manner
- Use of technology operating systems to communicate with other departments as required
- Other duties as assigned
What skills and experience do you need for this job?
- Minimum 2-year housekeeping experience
- Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License
- Previous leadership experience is an asset
- Must have strong English communication skills
- Ability to train and give direction
- Neat in appearance
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to accept direction
- Able to work with minimal supervision
