JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for order and inventory accuracy in the SAP system & WMS system.
- Responsible for processing system quality holds.
- Conduct Distribution Centres physical inventory counts.
- Responsible for Finished Goods
- Execution of daily tasks on order and inventory accuracy resulting in system data integrity.
- Ensuring that the inventory management system is in agreement with external warehouses at all times and reflective of inventory in-transit and on-hand throughout the warehouses.
- Expediting of in-transit delivery.
- Responsible for Key Performance Indicators such as Inventory Accuracy and etc.
- Helps Supervisors to monitor and put action plan forward for the control of core working capital from a distribution perceptive and to proactively manage POC Filtrate in order to increase profitability, generate savings and gain efficiencies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education : University degree (Preferred) in Business, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience : supply chain Logistics background, including direct experience working in the warehouse operations within a unionized workforce.
- Experience working in a high volume production environment with the ability to meet deadlines in a highly energized environment.
- Proven track record with Excel & Power BI (Tableau) as well as the Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal capabilities, and able to work cross-functionally throughout the operation.
- Excellent computer, analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent training and presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.
- Experience using WMS / SAP or similar ERPs (preferred)
