A progressive non-profit organization is seeking a Casual Adult Residence Support Worker in Kelowna and West Kelowna. The ideal candidate will support individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home environment and require a Class 4 or 5 BC Driver’s License. Benefits include paid training and competitive vacation. This organization offers a fun, positive workplace with a focus on personal growth and community integration. Experience with behavior management is preferred.
