Location : Pointe-Claire

Our client location in Pointe-Claire, specializing in third-party logistics warehousing / distribution for over 20 years, is looking for a Sales Coordinator

The goal of the Sales Coordinator is to work beside the Sales Director in day-to-day operations and to be the main source of support.

Responsibilities

  • Engages with customers to identify, evaluate and develop business opportunities, being the main source of contract for all relationships brought in from the Sales Director
  • Provide exemplary customer service and account relationship
  • Report to the Sales Director the customer relationships, pipeline, forecasts, and new monthly orders coming in
  • Maintain and develop relationships with leads, prospects and existing customers
  • Take ownership of the identification of potential issues within live accounts and coordinate with the Sales Director to take timely and effective action to resolve them.
  • Drive adoption of the services within assigned dormant accounts through a continuous increase in value
  • Act as the go-to-person for account support
  • Working alongside the Director of Sales to support for all travel, meetings, agenda, emails, phones

Qualifications

The person we are looking for stands out for his or her concern for a job well done. Looking for the following :

  • Experience in warehousing and Knowledge of 3PL / trucking is considered an asset
  • Ability to maintain close relationships, strong customer service
  • Experience working in Administrative or Coordination
  • Passion for warehousing / transport industry, strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
  • Hard Working. Entrepreneurial. Accountable and Pro-Active;
  • Spoken and written French and English.
