Role: SAP IS-U Device Management Consultant
Location: London, ON (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation and enhancement projects related to SAP IS-U Device Management.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP ISU functional specifications.
• Configure SAP ISU Device Management modules (installation, meter reading, device allocation, etc.).
• Collaborate with technical teams, end-users, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery.
• Support testing, defect resolution, and cutover planning activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvements.

Essential Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience as an SAP ISU Device Management Consultant.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP IS Utilities, specifically Device Management processes.
• Experience in utility industry processes like meter installation, meter reading, billing integration, etc.
• Ability to write and review functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with other SAP IS-U modules (Billing, Customer Service).
• Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance requirements in utility domains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
