The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service guest relations order taking and table service ensuring high standards of service accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into POS systems
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service quality standards
• Provide menu knowledge recommendations and respond to guest inquiries
• Ensure table cleanliness setup and presentation
• Process payments accurately and manage cash and POS transactions
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
• Follow food safety hygiene and hospitality service standards
• Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
