Description de posteCollect, clean, and structure data from various sources. Perform analyses and produce clear reports. Create interactive dashboards (Power BI, Excel, etc.). Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with business teams to improve data quality. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards. Provide user support and training for new systems and features. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Management or business administrative degree or related field. Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience. Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and genuine interest in working with data. Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working on parallel projects with competing deadlines. Strong interest in data, analytics, and continuous improvement. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Knowledge of analytical tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI). Understanding databases and modeling concepts. Ability to interpret data and communicate insights. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a strong asset. Understanding of HR data domains (headcount, hires, terminations, turnover) is an asset.

As a Junior HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support teams in their decision-making. You will work closely with technology and business experts to improve the quality of the reporting.
