Job Description

Responsible and motivating 310T certified Shop Foreman is required for a growing shop in Mississauga. Previous Bus and Street Sweeper experience preferred, as well as 3+ years supervisory experience.

Compensation

  • 100,000 - $120,000 / year to start based on experience and training.
  • Full Benefits available after the first 90 days of employment.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 3 : 30 pm to 11 : 00pm.

    • Daily Duties

  • Manage team of technicians and apprentices focusing on safety and productivity.
  • Open and close work orders when required.
  • Provide quotes and liaise with customers.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, inspections, reporting and accountability.
  • Manage warranty and administrative tasks for multiple OEMs.
  • Conduct interviews, hiring, discipline, training and terminations with new and current staff.

    310T Licensed Previous Bus Experience Preferred OEM Training / Certification Preferred Diagnostics Troubleshooting Overhaul / Engine / Transmission Experience a plus Clear Communication
