Position : Machine Operator

Wage : $23 / hr

Shift : Nights- 11 : 00pm- 7 : 15am

Shift premium- $1.00

Temp to Perm

Location : Burlington

Industry : Manufacturing

Advantages

Wage : $23 / hr + 1.00 shift premium

40hrs / week + potential overtime

Weekly pay + 4% vacation payout

Responsibilities

Machine set up and Change overs

Maintain line speed and Safe operation

Damage control, removal of any defective items, maintain record logs

Support development of new employees operating on the line

Propose any process improvements for efficiency

Follow all policies procedures and health and safety guidelines set forth by the company

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of previous machine operating experience

Mechanically inclined

Knowledge of safe machine operation

Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics

Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues as needed

Strong oral and written communication

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
